Paint Me a Story

Paint Me a Story is Inspirations Ceramic + Art Cafe’s Arts + Literacy Program, where children enjoy story time while painting a pottery piece inspired by the book. Held on the first Saturday of each month from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM, this event offers the perfect creative morning for families. Parents are welcome to join or drop off kids (ages 8+). Our guest readers, including local business owners and familiar faces from the community, bring stories to life. We encourage families to join us and create lasting memories!

Saturday, October 5th, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

The story and project are still a surprise as we’re waiting for our next special guest reader to be confirmed! The pottery piece will be specially chosen by us to match the theme of the story and is included in the ticket price.

$20 Ticket Details:

• Reserves a seat for one child and one parent/adult

• Includes all supplies and one pottery piece

• 2 hours of fun and creativity

Extra Details:

• We encourage families to join in and create together, but drop-off is available for ages 8+

• Open to kids of all ages, but designed with ages 5-9 in mind

• Great for beginners and experienced artists alike

• Our glazes are non-toxic and water-soluble, so no worries about stains

• All pottery is fired in our kiln, and you’ll receive a text when your child’s piece is ready for pickup

• The cafe is open during the event for guests to enjoy espresso, ice cream, and more
